The audio social media platform Clubhouse will be launched in India and many other countries this week. In a tweet, the company said that the Android version of Clubhouse will be launched in several countries including India and Brazil by the end of this week. in a tweet, Clubhouse said that the Android app of clubhouses in Brazil, Japan, and Russia will release on Tuesday, May 18, while in Nigeria and India it will be launched on Friday and Saturday or Sunday in other countries. If you remember, the beta version of Clubhouse has been launched for select users in the US only last week.
While it is not yet clear from the company that the Android version of Clubhouse is being launched in India, it will be invite-only or for all as it has been made available only on the basis of English users and invite-only in the US.

The clubhouse was launched in April last year and was downloaded by 10 million people by February 2021. This has been reported by app intelligence firm Sensor Tower. Twitter has also introduced an audio platform called Space.
Multimedia Instant Messaging App Telegram has also recently launched a feature called Telegram Voice Chats 2.0 which is an audio-only chatting platform. It can make voice calls with unlimited people.
