itel Vision 2S

Itel recently launched its new and budget smartphone itel Vision 2S in the Indian market. The company has used the Live Life Big Size slogan for itel Vision 2S. The itel Vision 2S is accompanied by a large battery of 5000mAh and also has a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS waterdrop notch display. This is an upgraded version of the new phone itel Vision 2. itel Vision 2S is directly pitted against Jio Phone Next priced at Rs 6,499. The itel Vision 2S has been priced at Rs 6,999 and also facilitates one-time screen replacement. The speaker is backward. Let’s find out in the review how is this itel smartphone?

itel Vision 2S Review: Design

At first glance, you won’t find this phone entry-level phone. The look of the phone is great. The body is plastic. The back cover has to be removed to install sim cards and memory cards. Separate slots are provided for memory cards and SIM cards. There is a dual rear camera setup in a corner on the back panel as well as a flashlight. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor at the back. The bottom side is the micro USB port and the upward headphone jack. The power and volume buttons have found space on the right side. The phone can be purchased in gradation purple, gradation blue, and deep blue color. Overall its design is better than Jio Phone Next.

itel Vision 2S Review: Display

The display of this itel phone is waterdrop design. The notch is very small, so you get a big display. Bezels are rarely found in displays. There is a little bezel at the bottom. The design of the display is flat. Touch and scrolling are good. The phone responds to every touch. The color of the display is fine.

That means the display is good at your price. You can watch Full HD videos of YouTube on itel Vision 2S. The aspect ratio of the display is 20:9. The display has 2.5D curved glass. You will love the display of itel Vision 2S if you are fond of watching videos on the phone. The display is 6.52 inches in size and the panel is HD Plus IPS.

itel Vision 2S Review: Performance

It has an octacore processor with a speed of 1.6GHz, though the company has not given any information about the name of the processor. The phone has Android 11 Go Edition. It has 32 GB storage with 2 GB RAM. Tell you that Jio Phone Next has a quadcore processor, while itel’s phone has an octacore processor. In such a situation, the phone is two steps ahead in terms of processors.

We won’t ask for heavy gaming about itel Vision 2S, but you can play games like Freefire comfortably. The speaker’s voice is sufficient and the voice does not deteriorate when the loud volume is done. Most importantly, you don’t get bloatware (pre-installed apps in bulk) in this entry-level phone, while many flagship phones are flooded with bloatware. The phone is accompanied by both face unlock and fingerprint sensor and both have good performance.

itel Vision 2S Review: Camera

As far as the camera is concerned, the itel Vision 2S has a dual rear camera setup with a primary lens of 8 megapixels, the second lens is VGA. Itel has a 5-megapixel front camera in this phone for selfies.

The camera clicks good pictures in sufficient light of the day. The deficit of the field is good. You can see it in sample photos. The colors in the photo are a little less, but they will be called good in terms of price.

There is no dearth of detail in the photo. The front camera is also good at its price. The camera is accompanied by modes like panorama, MI, portrait, low light, HDR. It also has short video recordings. You can make video recordings in 1080 pixels i.e. full HD.

itel Vision 2S Review: Battery

This itel phone has a battery of 5000mAh. There are VoLTE/ViLTE/VoWiFi, Face Unlock, Fingerprint Sensor, 3.5mm headphone jack, and micro USB charging port for connectivity. If there is no fast charging with the phone, it takes more than 2 hours to fully charge. Anyway, you will not get fast charging in entry-level phones. Battery life is good. Heavy use also provides a rest-day backup.

So overall, itel Vision 2S, Jio Phone is a better option than Next. In this, you get a large display in addition to a large battery. There is also VoLTE which is not available on Jio phone. At the same time, there is no obligation on SIM cards like Jio Phone Next in itel Vision 2S.
