Have you got a Mac error code like “Sorry, no manipulations with clipboard allowed” in your Mac? It’s not just random software that refuses to work, it’s a problem with your hardware. Unfortunately, if you have locked yourself out of your Mac then the only real way of resolving the problem is to reset the board.
